Established June 7th, 2019, SHCA’s purpose is to professionalize the HRM discipline and to move HRM forward on St. Maarten and surrounding islands. As a group of HR professionals we came together and aim to change the perception of HRM through educating, promoting the exchange of ideas and expertise, develop partnerships and share knowledge.

 

People are a pivotal factor in making the difference between mediocre and excellence in any organization. We want to champion those HRM topics that influence the organizations of our membership. Our official launch is slated to take place in the first quarter of 2020 and promises to be an inspiring afternoon.
